Important Note for Admission

Pre-School (General) 2017-18

• Please note, both parents along with the child should be present for admission.

• School reserves the right to reject the application of any candidate at any stage due to wrong / incorrect information provided by the applicant.

• Admission will be subject to verification of original documents.

• The decision of the school authorities shall be final and binding in all respect.

• Submission of fee and completion of admission formalities on 31.03.2017 from 8.30 am to 11.30 am.

• Please bring original and self-attested photocopies of the following:

1. Birth Certificate issued by the MCD.

2. I.D. Proof of parent(s).

3. Passport size photographs of Mother, Father, Child (2 copies each)

4. Proof of residence (Any one) :

o Ration Card issued in the name of the parents (mother/father having the name of the child)

o Domicile certificate of the child or of his/her parents

o Voter ID (EPIC)of any of the parents

o Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child

o Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents

5. In case of alumni, a copy of class XII pass certificate of parent(s) issued by the CBSE.

6. In case of sibling, a copy of fee bill issued by MAMS for the session 2016-17.

7. Affidavit that the child whose admission being done is presently the first child of the parent(s).

8. Immunization chart of the child.

9. Medical Fitness Certificate of the Child.

The last date for submission of Registration Form for admission to Pre-School (session 2017-18) is Tuesday, 14.02.2017.  On-line registration forms will be accepted till 12.30 p.m. and it shall be accepted at the school reception till 2.00 p.m.

PS admission for General category

Note: For candidates registered online with registration number 1 to 721, please check revised guidelines and submit the relevant documents. If you are an alumni or your ward is the first born, then please contact the school reception latest by Tuesday, January 31,2017 with the desired documents. Also, submit the relevant documents for proof of address and date of birth.

Important Guidelines for filling up the online admission form

  1. Please do not fill the form on mobile.
  2. Compatible browsers : Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
  3. Kindly fill the form carefully and correctly. Any information found incorrect at the time of verification and admission will result in the cancellation of admission.
  4. Only one form per child will be accepted. Multiple applications will be cancelled and declared invalid.
  5. This is only a registration form. The criteria will be decided and declared as per the final notification of Delhi High Court and Directorate of Education.
  6. Aadhaar card for the child and both the parents are mandatory at the time of admission, if selected. Kindly ensure that the documents are kept ready.
  7. Specify the block clearly if residing in Pitampura.

List of self attested documents to be submitted at the time of registration

  1. Birth Certificate issued by the MCD

  4. Affidavit for first born child by the parents.
  5. In case of twins, submit an application with print form.
  6. In case of alumni, a copy of class XII certificate of parent(s) issued by the CBSE.
  7. Immunization chart of the child and Medical Fitness Certificate (at the time of admission)

Registration Fee is Rs.25/- per candidate.

Criteria for EWS category admission shall be as per RTE Act and directives of Directorate of Education.
