Procedure for Admission to Class XI (For External Candidates)

For External Candidates –

  • Registration for admission to class XI, session 2023-24 is open.
  • The school proposes to offer the following Streams with the specified subject combinations for Class XI for the academic session 2022-23.
  • The streams will be allocated on the basis of merit/grades and preference, subject to the availability of seats in that stream.

STREAMS OFFERED

Stream I (Non-Medical) – English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science/Economics, Physical Education.

Stream II (Medical) – English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics/Informatics Practices/Psychology, Physical Education

Stream III (Commerce with Mathematics) – English, Mathematics, Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Physical Education

Stream IV (Commerce without Mathematics) – English, Informatics Practices, Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Physical Education

Stream V (Humanities) – English, Informatics Practices, Economics, Political Science, Psychology / Business Studies, Physical Education

Please note that any subject shall be introduced only if the required number of students seek admission.
Parents are requested to send an email to agrasenschool1985@gmail.com with the requisite details – Name of the Student, Name of the Parent, Residential Address, Phone Number, Stream in which admission is sought, Previous school attended Following should be attached in the email: scanned documents, Term-1 result declared by CBSE

A written test and interaction will be conducted for the candidate

Note - Submission of online application and online interview does not guarantee admission.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO CONSIDER

  • Once the documents submitted are verified, the shortlisted candidates will receive an online registration form to be duly filled by parents.
  • Provisional admission would be granted and will be subject to change, depending upon the Class X result declared by the CBSE.
  • Admission shall be confirmed only when all fee-related dues are paid. When the school reopens, it will be mandatory to submit self-attested photocopies of admission related documents.
  1. Original Date of Birth Certificate.
  2. Copy of Aadhar Card of Student and parents
  3. One photograph each of student , father and mother
  4. Report Card of the previous classes, Class IX Annual Exam, Class X
  5. Transfer Certificate from the previous school (Original)
  • Admission is subject to the availability of seats.
  • The decision of the school authorities shall be final and binding.
  • Stream, once allotted, cannot be changed.
  • Seats available for EWS/Disadvantage category are available as per DOE guidelines.
  • When the school reopens, parents shall make their own transport arrangements. The school does not provide transport.
  • The student and parent, upon admission, shall follow the rules as laid down by the school from time to time.
