Felicitation Ceremony–Conclave’2026 at KHMS

The Felicitation Ceremony of Conclave’2026, hosted by Kulachi Hansraj Model School, was held on July 24,2026. The programme commenced with delightful cultural performances, including singing and dance presentations by the students.This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony, where Gitali Rajdev and Vidhi Jain, accompanied by their teacher Ms. Jyoti Sharma, were honoured for securing First Position in the Coding Challenge. The team received the award for their outstanding performance, making it a proud moment for the school.

of Class XII under the mentorship of Ms. Mini Agrawak(PGT-Chemistry)
represented our school at the State Level Science and Mathematics Exhibition
and secured the second position among numerous participants.

Selection in Top 500 ATL Marathon 2024

Youth Ideathon 2024

Our school was honored to participate in the Youth Ideathon 2024, a prestigious
national competition that took place at IIT Delhi on October 9th and 10th. Our
project, VAANI, a smart glove designed to help the mute community
communicate through hand gestures and a connected phone app, was selected
among the top 100 projects from across the country. The event provided an exciting
platform for us to present our innovation, interact with experts, and immerse
ourselves in the culture of entrepreneurship.

Savitri Bai Phule Award 2024

Indraprastha School Sahodaya and Delhi Sahodaya School Complex organised the 5th Savitri Bai Phule Award Ceremony on September 2, 2024. We are glad to share that Principal Dr. Pratibha Kohli and Ms Vibha Ahuja, TGT Maths attended the award ceremony wherein Ms. Vibha Ahuja was honored with the Savitri Bai Phule Samman 2024. The award was presented by Shri Harsh Malhotra, Hon'ble Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, along with Dr. Biswajit Saha, Director (Skill) CBSE. We congratulate Ms. Vibha Ahuja, TGT Maths at Maharaja Agrasen Model School, for receiving a prestigious accolade at the 5th Savitri Bai Phule Award Ceremony. We are proud of her achievements and the impact she continues to make in the field of education.

CBSE Award for Teachers

Ms. Chandni Agarwal was honoured with the prestigious CBSE Honour for Excellence in Teaching and School Leadership 2020-21, presented by Central Board of Secondary Education on September 21, 2021. This recognition celebrates her exceptional dedication to education, particularly during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, where she ensured uninterrupted learning through effective online teaching practices. Her innovative approach, commitment to experiential learning, and continuous efforts to integrate technology into the classroom have significantly enriched student engagement and outcomes. This accolade stands as a testament to her excellence in teaching and leadership, bringing pride to the institution.

The epitome of Excellence Ms. Mala graced MAMS

Ms. Mala Sharma, VP & GM Creative Cloud, Product Marketing at Adobe graced the school with her benign presence on February 28, 2020. She visited the ATL lab where the young technocrats showcased their innovations. The budding creators exhibited their creative skills using Adobe Spark, The presentations of the students were encouraged and well appreciated by the eminent epitome of excellence.

Young Innovator Summit

Mamsians got proud privilege to attend Young Innovators Summit and to witness Mr Satya Nadella, CEO Microsoft on 26th Feb, 2020 scheduled at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre. MAMS won the "Microsoft Minecraft Challenge" wherein the students created a smart sustainable village "AGRI SMART" with the proposed smart solutions of farming using technology under the mentorship of Ms. Chandni Agarwal. They were selected to present the idea of smart village which can be made sustainable using technology. The students were Miss Siddhi Jindal (Grade 9) , Master Anuj Garg (Grade 9) , Master Anshit Mittal(Grade 11) , Master Raghav Saini (Grade 11). It is indeed a great and enriched learning experience for Mamsians, who witnessed live session of Mr. Satya Nadella. The live session was about how to consume technology and use coding like music. Also , a wonderful workshop was taken up by Mr. Phanni on Artificial Intellegence.

Empower students with future-ready skills

The event highlighted Microsoft India’s commitment to promoting future-ready skills and digital transformation in education through innovative tools such as AI, gamification, and STEM-based learning. Held as part of a collaborative initiative with leading educators, the program brought together teachers and students to explore technology-driven teaching practices and creative problem-solving.

A key highlight was the Minecraft Next Gen Challenge 2019, where student teams designed solutions to real-world problems using game-based learning. The student team mentored by Ms. Chandni Agarwal achieved notable success with their project “Agrismart,” which demonstrated an innovative approach to smart agriculture.

Ms. Chandni Agarwal played a pivotal role as a mentor and educator, guiding her students in applying digital tools effectively and fostering critical thinking and collaboration. The event also facilitated meaningful exchange among top educators, reinforcing the importance of integrating emerging technologies into classrooms to prepare students for the future.

Overall, the initiative successfully showcased how technology-enabled learning can enhance creativity, engagement, and practical understanding among students.

Winning - Minecraft NextGen National level Championship

In the month of October Microsoft hosted a national level Minecraft challenge, in which our school also participated. After the results of 1st round, our school was selected among the top 5 schools all over India from 700+ participating schools, and got a chance to showcase their project at a two days (19.11.19 & 20.11.19) 'EduDays' event held at 'Westin Hotel, Gurgaon'. There our team had achieved the first position and felicitated with a team cup. We also showcased our project in front of National educators, NCERT chief and President of Microsoft India. Our school team OG VETRANS won the Team Trophy for Minecraft Next Gen Challenge 2019 being the Winner of the challenge under the mentorship of Ms. Chandni Agarwal. The team members - Raghav Saini from XI B, Anshit Mittal and Ojasvi bindal from XI A, Siddhi Jindal and Anuj Garg from IX B, created a project Agri-Smart, a prototype that offers smart farming solution to farmers. It was developed using various tools like Minecraft Education edition and OneNote. The solution incorporates autonomous robotics into agriculture to increase efficiency, product yield & quality, and create connected farming using sensors, drones and IOT. Dignitaries, Mr. Biswajeet Saha Director – CBSE Vocational & Education Skills, Mr. R.P. Singh Joint Secretary (Skill Education), Larry Nelson, Regional General Manager-Education, Microsoft Asia and Manish Prakash, Country General Manager-Public Sector, Health and Education, Microsoft India graced the event. It was indeed a great learning experience for students and educators.

Dr Pratibha Kohli is acknowledged for her unparalleled and exceptional contribution in the field of education. She has an illustrious experience for over 28 years in the field of education. The eminent educationist has woven a learner centred pedagogy in her school and it is her consecrated efforts that have transcribed into success for the Mamsians in all fields be it academics, sports, music, dance, drama and innovation. Her vision to work towards environment has made her develop an innovative, eco-friendly and economical micro scale chemistry lab in the school. Her expertise made her a resource person of repute for Capacity Building Programme of CBSE and her passion for technology and ICT made her become certified Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. As a Mentor of Change for Atal Tinkering Lab, she has motivated her students towards tinkering and thinking out of the box. The appreciation and honour received by Dr Pratibha Kohli has not only made Maharaja Agrasen Model School swell with pride but has also inspired her team to work hard and transform the students into the beings of strong character, values and concepts. Her incessant efforts have created a positive environment with quality and values that meet contemporary and future needs of the students. National Awards for Innovative Practices and Experiments in Education

Dr Pratibha Kohli was awarded for the innovative project - "Inculcation of Environmental Awareness and Environmental Ethics among students to conserve the environment through low cost and innovative projects and activities" under the National Awards for Innovative Practices and Experiments in Education for Schools and Teacher Education Institutions: during the National Seminar 2018-19. The National Seminar was, held on July 25 & 26, 2019, at NCERT, New Delhi.

COMPUDON SEASON IX - MAMSIANS WON

MAMSIANS proved their mettle once again at Compudon Season 9, Microsoft Office Specialist Exam & Competition organised by Cyber learning India. Thousands of students participated for level 1 and compete for level2 from all over the country. Nine out of Nine mamsians were qualified for level 2. In level2 shortlisted students competed for the title of National Championship and other titles. Harshit Gupta, Anuj Garg and Avirudh Singhal (Excel 2016) , Keshav Goel , Vishal, Darpan for Excel 2013 , Vansh Kalra and Vanya for Word 13 and 16 respectively whereas Siddhi Jindal participated for PowerPoint 16. Avirudh Singhal secured the position of first runner up for excel 16 , Harshit Gupta bagged second runner up position for Excel 13 whereas Keshav goyal and Vansh Kalra got consolation prize for excel 16 and word 13 respectively. All participants received certificate and medal for India finalist. Prize distribution ceremony held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Satya Sai Auditorium.

Ms. Chandni Agarwal got the opportunity to present her work on innovative techniques & tools of ICT at National ICT Award 2019 Ceremony in the presence of Mr. Sanjay Dhotre - State Minster HRD at the event.

Ms. Chandni Agarwal Conferred with National ICT Award 2016

Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Pitampura, proudly announces that Ms. Chandni Agarwal, PGT Computer Science, was honoured with the prestigious National ICT Award for School Teachers 2016, instituted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

She received the award from the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, at a grand ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, on September 5, 2017. The award recognizes outstanding educators across the country who effectively and innovatively integrate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into the teaching-learning process.

Ms. Agarwal was among 24 teachers nationwide selected for this honour, acknowledging her excellence in promoting enquiry-based, collaborative, and technology-driven learning.
