An educational visit to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Faridabad Campus was organised for 48 students of Classes XI and XII Science Stream of Maharaja Agrasen Model School on August 13, 2026 (Thursday). The visit aimed to provide students with meaningful exposure to a university environment and enable them to connect their classroom learning with real-world applications in medicine, healthcare, artificial intelligence, robotics and emergency care.
The visit was designed to:
Provide students with an experiential exposure to a university campus.
Familiarise them with advanced medical and scientific laboratories.
Enhance their understanding of anatomy, healthcare and diagnostic practices.
Introduce students to emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
Develop awareness of emergency response and basic life-support techniques.
Help students explore higher-education and career opportunities in science, medicine and allied fields.
1. Experiential Campus Visit
Students explored the university campus and received an insight into its academic environment, infrastructure, learning resources and research-oriented approach. The interaction helped students understand university life and the opportunities available for higher education.
2. Anatomy & Medical Laboratories
The students visited the Anatomy and Medical Laboratories, where they were introduced to the functioning of specialised medical-learning facilities. The exposure helped them appreciate the importance of practical learning, observation and technology in medical education.
3. Blood Bank & Healthcare Exposure
The visit to the Blood Bank and healthcare facilities provided students with an understanding of blood collection, storage, safety protocols and the importance of blood donation. Students also gained an insight into the functioning of a modern healthcare ecosystem.
4. AI & Robotics Laboratories
The AI and Robotics Laboratories were among the most engaging components of the visit. Students were introduced to applications of Artificial Intelligence, robotics and emerging technologies in healthcare and other fields. The demonstrations encouraged them to explore interdisciplinary career opportunities combining biology, technology and innovation.
5. BLS-CPR Demonstration & Emergency Response
A demonstration on Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) sensitised students to the importance of timely intervention during medical emergencies. Students learnt about basic emergency-response procedures and the role of CPR in potentially life-threatening situations.
6. One-Day Internship Experience
The programme also offered students an enriching one-day internship experience, providing them with an opportunity to engage with university-level academic and practical learning. The experience was designed to give students a glimpse into professional and higher-education environments. Students received a Certificate of Apprecition in recognition of their involvement.
The educational visit to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Faridabad Campus was highly informative, interactive and enriching for the students of Classes XI and XII. The combination of campus exposure, medical laboratories, healthcare facilities, AI and Robotics demonstrations, BLS-CPR training and the one-day internship experience provided students with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary education and career opportunities in science and healthcare.
The visit successfully bridged the gap between theoretical classroom learning and experiential education, inspiring students to pursue scientific inquiry, innovation and value-based learning.

Held from August 5–7, 2026, at Columbia Foundation School, Vikas Puri, New Delhi, the competition saw talented young participants showcase remarkable skill. In a remarkable celebration of environmental consciousness and holistic learning, Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Pitampura, organised Van Mahotsav 2026, a two-day Inter-School Festival centred on the theme "A Greener Tomorrow” on July 31 and August 1, 2026. The event brought together students from numerous schools across Delhi-NCR to participate in a series of intellectually stimulating, artistically enriching and environmentally significant competitions conducted in both offline and online modes.
The festival was inaugurated with a plantation drive by the HOS, Ms Rekha Sharma, distinguished guests and student representatives. The inaugural address emphasised the urgent need for environmental stewardship and encouraged young minds to become innovators, policymakers and responsible citizens capable of creating sustainable solutions for future generations. The campus wore a festive look with eco-friendly decorations, informative displays, recycled art installations and green-themed exhibits prepared by students.
The offline competitions witnessed enthusiastic participation and showcased exceptional talent across various disciplines. The classical dance competition, 'DHAROHAR: Rhythm in Grace – Classical Dance', mesmerised the audience with graceful performances representing India's rich cultural heritage through Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi and other classical dance forms. Participants enthralled the judges with their technical precision, expressive abhinaya and artistic excellence.
The Art Competition, ‘Blossom of the soul - Drawing a Portrait’ encouraged young artists to express their vision of environmental conservation through paintings, sketches and mixed-media creations. The artworks beautifully portrayed themes such as afforestation, biodiversity, clean energy, water conservation and harmonious coexistence with nature, reflecting both creativity and environmental awareness.
The intellectually engaging Model United Nations (MUN), a two day event conducted in the offline mode, emerged as one of the highlights of the festival. Delegates represented various nations and deliberated upon pressing global environmental issues under the agenda "A Greener Tomorrow." Through diplomatic negotiations, policy discussions and collaborative problem-solving, participants debated climate action, sustainable development, renewable energy, environmental justice and international cooperation. Their well-researched arguments, confident presentations and diplomatic skills reflected a deep understanding of contemporary global challenges and the significance of collective action.
The online segment of the festival provided an equally enriching platform for participants from different schools to showcase their literary, analytical and policy-making skills.
The English event, ‘Green Solutions for a Greener Tomorrow – The Greensphere Summit 2026: An Inter-School Policy Talk’, challenged participants to present innovative, practical and research-based policy proposals addressing environmental concerns. Students demonstrated remarkable clarity of thought while discussing renewable energy, waste management, sustainable urban planning, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and community participation. Their presentations reflected maturity, originality and a keen awareness of global sustainability goals.
The Hindi event, ‘स्वरचित कविता वाचन celebrated the power of language and creative expression. Participants presented original poems highlighting environmental conservation, the beauty of nature, the consequences of ecological imbalance and humanity's collective responsibility towards Mother Earth. The heartfelt recitations touched the audience and conveyed powerful environmental messages through poetic expression.
The Science event, ‘GREEN SOLUTION FOR GREENER TOMORROW’,encouraged students to envision innovative scientific solutions for a sustainable future. Participants presented futuristic models, research ideas and technological innovations focusing on renewable energy, green architecture, water conservation, carbon reduction, smart agriculture and sustainable living. Their projects reflected scientific temperament, creativity and a strong commitment to environmental preservation.
The Mathematics Competition, ‘SHAPE THE FUTURE : A GREENER TOMORROW LOGO DESIGN USING MATHEMATICAL SHAPES’, conducted online, highlighted the practical application of mathematical concepts in addressing environmental challenges. Participants analysed data, interpreted graphs and solved problem-based tasks related to resource management, carbon footprints, population growth and sustainable planning, demonstrating analytical thinking and quantitative reasoning.
The Computer Science Competition, ‘Project 2040: A Greener Tomorrow’ explored the role of technology in environmental conservation. Students showcased coding solutions, websites, applications and digital innovations designed to promote waste management, energy efficiency, biodiversity monitoring and climate awareness. The event reflected the growing importance of digital technology in building sustainable communities.
Throughout the festival, participants displayed exceptional creativity, confidence, teamwork and intellectual depth. The competitions provided a meaningful platform for students to exchange ideas, appreciate diverse perspectives and collaborate towards a shared vision of environmental sustainability.
The programme concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony, where the HOS congratulated all participants, teachers, mentors and organising committees for making the event a resounding success. Certificates and trophies were presented to the winners, while all participating schools were appreciated for their enthusiastic involvement and unwavering commitment to environmental awareness.
The event concluded with a collective pledge by all participants to plant more trees, conserve natural resources, embrace sustainable practices and work together towards creating a greener, cleaner and more resilient tomorrow. Van Mahotsav 2026 once again reaffirmed Maharaja Agrasen Model School's commitment to nurturing environmentally conscious, socially responsible and globally aware young citizens.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School organised a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Workshop for the girls of Classes VI–XII, conducted by Ms. Neha Vij (PGT Biology). The interactive session focused on menstrual health, personal hygiene, safe menstrual practices, balanced nutrition, and busting common myths. Students actively participated, clarified their queries, and gained valuable scientific knowledge, empowering them to adopt healthy practices with confidence. The initiative reaffirmed the school’s commitment to promoting health awareness, well-being, and holistic development among its students.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School organized a Career Guidance Workshop on "Career in Design" for students of Classes XI and XII on 9 July 2026. The session was conducted by Mrs. Rekha Kejriwal, Academic Director at AFA and a renowned Design Educator with over 15 years of experience in mentoring students for careers in Art, Architecture, and Design. An award-winning educator, she has guided thousands of students, collaborated with over 200 schools across Delhi-NCR, and earned national recognition for her contributions to education.
During the session, Mrs. Kejriwal introduced students to various career opportunities in the design field, discussed leading design institutes, entrance examinations, portfolio preparation, and emerging industry trends. She also addressed students' concerns regarding career planning and exam stress, encouraging them to pursue their interests with confidence and creativity.
The workshop was highly interactive and informative. Students actively participated in the discussion and gained valuable insights into the diverse opportunities available in the field of design. The session inspired them to make informed career choices and explore their creative potential.
The school organized an educational tour to Manali & Solang Valley from 27 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 for 118 students under the supervision of 8 teachers and tour coordinators. The tour aimed to provide students with educational exposure, recreation, and an opportunity to experience nature and local culture.
The group departed from the school campus on the night of 27 May 2026 by AC Deluxe buses and reached Manali the next day. During the tour, students visited Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, and Van Vihar. They also visited a famous shawl factory during the return journey. A dance party was organized at the hotel for the students’ recreation.
All arrangements regarding transport, accommodation, meals, and safety were properly managed. The students actively participated in all activities and maintained discipline throughout the trip.
The tour was enjoyable, informative, and memorable for all participants. The group returned safely to the school on 31 May 2026.
A ‘POCSO Awareness' workshop was conducted by Ms. Sehajta Consultant Psychologist & Mental Health Facilitator Founder, Sortedpaths on May 18, 2026 to sensitise the entire staff about child safety, protection and their role as educators in identifying and addressing cases of abuse. The session focused on understanding child sexual abuse and the different forms in which abuse may occur, including physical, emotional, verbal and online abuse. Various myths and realities associated with child abuse were discussed. It was highlighted that abuse often happens not by strangers, but by someone known to the child. The facilitator also emphasised that boys are equally vulnerable to abuse, students from good families may also face such situations, and online abuse can be as harmful and serious as physical abuse.
The workshop further explained the reasons why children often do not report abuse, such as fear of not being believed, shame and self-blame, confusion about what is happening, emotional grooming and manipulation and dependence on the abuser. Teachers were also informed about the POCSO Act, its objectives, the different offences covered under it, and the punishments prescribed by law. The importance of the POCSO Committee in schools and the responsibilities of educators in ensuring a safe environment for students were also discussed.
The session proved to be highly informative and insightful, enabling teachers to gain valuable understanding about child protection, legal awareness, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for every child.
National Dengue Day was observed to create awareness among students about dengue fever, its causes, symptoms, and preventive measures. The programme also highlighted the significance of this national observance, marked annually on May 16, 2026 by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and encouraged students of Classes VI–VIII to express their understanding through creative and art-integrated activities.
The school successfully organized AGNIRA MUN 3.0 on May 14 & 15, 2026 with the enthusiastic participation of over 120 delegates from Classes VI–XII. The conference served as an enriching platform for students to enhance their diplomacy, leadership, critical thinking and public speaking skills through engaging debates, deliberations and collaborative discussions.
The conference featured four dynamic committees — the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), International Press (IP) and All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM). Each committee witnessed active participation, thoughtful research and insightful discussions by the delegates.
Students of Classes VI–VIII participated in the committee discussions on the agenda “Addressing the accelerating climate crisis, transitioning to renewable energy, and mobilizing $9.3 trillion annually for Climate Finance by 2035.” The young delegates displayed remarkable awareness and confidence while presenting their perspectives on global environmental concerns and sustainable solutions.
For Classes IX–XII, the committees deliberated upon the agenda “Effects of foreign debt and the international financial obligations of states on the full enjoyment of all human rights, particularly economic, social and cultural rights.” Delegates engaged in meaningful discussions highlighting global financial challenges and their impact on human rights.
Another stimulating agenda for Classes IX–XII focused on the “Deliberation on the impact of the Iran-Israel war on India with special emphasis on LPG shortage.” Delegates demonstrated commendable analytical and diplomatic skills while discussing geopolitical tensions and their socio-economic implications for India.
The International Press committee showcased the talents of budding journalists and photographers, who efficiently covered committee proceedings through journalism, reporting, interviews and photography, adding vibrancy and professionalism to the conference.
The conference was efficiently led by the Secretariat comprising Secretary-General Aarav Goel, Deputy Secretary-General Sakshi Yadav, Director-General Shreya Garg, Deputy Director-General Vidhi, Chief of Cabinet Sadhvi Goel, and Chief of Staff- Yuvraj Khatri and Raghav Goyal. Their dedication, coordination and leadership ensured the smooth conduct of the event.

The occasion was a graceful blend of gratitude and reflection, marking the close of an inspiring chapter in the school’s history.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome extended to the distinguished members of the management: President ,Shri Satish Gupta, Vice President ,Shri R. K. Bansal, Chairman, Shri Mahabir Garg, Manager ,Shri S. C. Mangla, and other revered members including Shri Harish Chandra, Shri A. P. Bansal, and Shri Pawan Lila. The gathering also included the respected Vice Principal, Ms Rekha Sharma, honoured guests, and members of the staff.
In his address, the Manager Shri S C Mangla praised Dr Kohli’s visionary leadership, steadfast commitment, and her ability to guide the institution with both strength and compassion. An assembly was conducted by Class X-A on the occasion of Earth Day on the theme “Our Power, Our Earth” on April 22, 2026. The aim of the assembly was to create awareness about the importance of protecting and preserving our environment.
The assembly commenced with the morning prayer, setting a solemn and positive tone for the programme. This was followed by the pledge, led by Anirudh, which inspired everyone to uphold their responsibilities towards society and the environment. Kanishka then presented the Thought of the Day, emphasizing the importance of protecting our planet and adopting environmentally conscious habits in our daily lives. The entire programme was smoothly and confidently anchored by Aarika and Archisha, whose effective compering ensured a seamless flow of events.
The highlight of the assembly was a powerful and thought-provoking skit presented by the students. Through a realistic portrayal of modern lifestyles, the skit illustrated how people often prioritize convenience over sustainability in today’s fast-paced world, ignoring the long-term consequences of their actions on the environment. At the same time, it delivered a hopeful and inspiring message that even small but consistent efforts, when practiced collectively, can bring about meaningful change in protecting the Earth.
To further enrich the programme, students shared several interesting and informative environmental facts, which not only enhanced the audience’s knowledge but also made the assembly more engaging and impactful.
The assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks addressed to the class teacher, Ms. Priyanka Mittal, for her constant guidance and support. This was followed by an address by the Vice Principal, who appreciated the students for their sincere efforts and encouraged everyone to contribute actively towards preserving and protecting the environment.
Overall, the assembly was well-planned, meaningful, and inspiring. It effectively conveyed the message that safeguarding the Earth is a shared responsibility and that every individual has the power to make a positive difference. The programme lasted for approximately ten minutes.
On 10 April 2026, four eligible girls of Class X from MAMS were vaccinated under the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Programme launched as part of the national campaign initiated in February 2026. The programme aims to protect adolescent girls from cervical cancer caused by HPV infection. The vaccination drive in Delhi sought to cover 1.6 lakh school-going girls aged 14 years through government hospitals, schools, and Health and Wellness Centres. Prior parental consent was obtained before vaccination, and digital monitoring was carried out through the U-WIN portal. The vaccinated students received their doses at the nearest health centre. On the same day, an awareness and sensitisation session was organised in the school to encourage greater participation and spread awareness about the importance of HPV vaccination for preventing cervical cancer. The programme was conducted successfully with active cooperation from students, parents, teachers, and health officials.
Awareness Programme on Drug Abuse

In collaboration with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CBSE and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), an Awareness Programme on Drug Abuse was conducted for the students of Class VII.
The informative session was led by Shri Vijay Singh Negi, who sensitized students about the various types of drugs, their causes, and the dangers associated with substance abuse. The discussion highlighted factors such as curiosity, peer pressure, and misinformation that often lead to drug experimentation among adolescents.
Students were also educated about the warning signs of drug abuse and the serious health and legal consequences under the NDPS Act, 1985.The programme concluded with an Anti-Drug Pledge, encouraging students to adopt responsible choices and commit themselves to a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.

Our school celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with immense patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the resonant singing of the National Anthem, instilling a profound sense of national pride among all present. The cultural programme featured inspiring speeches and vibrant patriotic performances by students, reflecting their deep respect and gratitude towards the nation. A Prize Distribution Ceremony was also held to recognize and honour the achievements of deserving students. The celebration culminated with the stirring rendition of “Vande Mataram”, leaving the audience filled with patriotic spirit.
Delhi AI Grind Activity
Encouraging creativity, innovation, and technological awareness among young learners, the Delhi Mini AI Grind Activity witnessed the enthusiastic participation of approximately 1000 students from Classes VI–IX and XI.The initiative aimed to nurture problem-solving abilities and experiential learning by enabling students to identify real-world challenges and design innovative solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Conducted under the expert guidance of the Computer Department and the dynamic leadership of Principal Dr. Pratibha Kohli, the programme provided students with an inspiring platform to demonstrate analytical thinking, technological creativity, and social responsibility.
The activity successfully cultivated essential 21st-century skills, empowering students to envision innovative solutions for global challenges.
An educational and recreational excursion was organized for the students of Classes VI and VII to Dreamland on December 30, 2025. The trip aimed to provide joyful learning experiences, exposure to outdoor activities, and a refreshing break from routine classroom learning.
The students reached Dreamland in the morning under the supervision of their teachers. The day was filled with excitement as students enthusiastically participated in various activities. Adventure-loving students enjoyed the zip line and giant wheel, which provided thrilling experiences while helping them overcome fear and build confidence. The horse ride was another major attraction that students thoroughly enjoyed.
Students also took part in skill-based activities such as archery, which helped improve their focus and coordination. A lively puppet show conveyed moral values in an engaging and entertaining manner and was appreciated by all. In addition, students explored several other fun activities and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the park.
The excursion helped develop teamwork, discipline, and social skills among students. Teachers ensured safety and proper guidance throughout the trip. By evening, the group returned to school safely with happy faces and cherished memories.
Overall, the excursion to Dreamland was highly successful, enjoyable, and educational, leaving students with lasting memories and strengthening the bond between teachers and students.

The excursion offered a perfect blend of culture and adventure. Students enjoyed vibrant traditional dance performances, which gave them valuable insight into local culture and heritage. They also participated enthusiastically in pottery making, learning basic techniques and creating clay items.
Thrilling adventure activities such as zip lining, bungee jumping, and bull rides added excitement to the trip. These activities helped students build confidence, teamwork, and courage.
The excursion was both educational and enjoyable. Students returned with joyful memories, enriching experiences, and a deeper appreciation of culture and adventure. The visit to Vishalgarh proved to be a truly memorable experience for all.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School celebrated Maths Week from 22 to 27 December 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students of various classes. The celebration aimed to highlight the relevance of mathematics in daily life while strengthening students’ problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, creativity, and teamwork.
A range of engaging activities was organised across classes. Class IV students created figures using different shapes to understand basic geometry, while Class V designed colourful geometrical rangoli patterns. Class VI expressed concepts through fractional art and Class VII prepared informative posters on the use of mathematics in everyday life. Class VIII explored the Hardy–Ramanujan number, sparking curiosity in number theory. Class IX demonstrated mathematical properties through interactive activities, and Class XI students participated in a Maths Olympiad.
The week-long celebration made mathematics enjoyable, meaningful, and intellectually stimulating for all learners.

A one-day training programme for School Nodal Teachers on the Tobacco Control Programme and Prahari Club was attended on 11 November 2025 at SKV, C-Block, Sultanpuri, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The programme was attended by Ms. Ritu Rohatgi.
The training focused on the objectives and implementation of Anti-Drug Clubs named “Prahari Club” within schools. The resource persons clearly explained the role of Prahari Clubs in creating awareness among students about the harmful effects of tobacco and substance abuse.
Detailed guidance was provided on conducting age-appropriate awareness activities and initiatives for students at different levels. Practical strategies to engage students, promote healthy lifestyles, and encourage preventive education were also discussed.
The session proved to be highly informative and enriching, equipping the participants with valuable knowledge and tools to effectively implement tobacco control and anti-drug initiatives in their respective schools.
The school observed Multilingual Week from 4th to 11th December 2025 in accordance with the CBSE circular. A series of engaging and thematic activities were conducted, including language displays, multilingual music and cultural programmes, proverb explorations, podcasts, language clubs, and the interactive Bhasha Mela.
Students from various classes participated enthusiastically, gaining exposure to India’s rich linguistic diversity while enhancing their communication skills, creativity, and cultural sensitivity. The programme successfully promoted unity in diversity, respect for languages, and the holistic development of students.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School actively participated in Tobacco Free Youth Campaign (TFYC) 3.0, conducted from 9 October to 7 December 2025, to create awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco. A Parents’ Awareness Drive under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan was organised on 4 November 2025. A Poster Making Competition for Class VIII on 11 November 2025 witnessed participation of 180 students, while a Slogan Writing Competition for Class VII on 12 November 2025 saw 150 participants. The campaign successfully sensitised students and parents towards adopting a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle.
On 4 December 2025, the State Level English Slogan Writing Competition was held at GGSSS, Tilak Nagar. The theme of the competition, “Air Pollution”, aimed to create awareness and encourage students to express their thoughts creatively through impactful slogans.
Representing our district, Anshika Singh, the winner of the district-level round, participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. She showcased her creativity and environmental awareness by presenting powerful slogans that highlighted the urgent need to control air pollution and protect the environment.
The event witnessed active participation from students across various districts of the state, each presenting unique ideas and messages focused on environmental conservation. The competition proved to be a valuable learning experience for Anshika, providing her with exposure, confidence, and an opportunity to interact with talented peers from across the state.
The competition concluded successfully, inspiring students to become more responsible and proactive towards environmental issues.

Heritage Quiz Competition
A quiz competition was organised for students of Classes VI to VIII, coordinated by the Social Studies Department to enhance awareness about India’s history, monuments, festivals, and traditions.

The quiz was efficiently coordinated by Ms. Simple Sharma, Social Science teacher, ensuring smooth conduct and fair judgement. The activity inspired students to further appreciate and preserve India’s heritage.

A Heritage Circular Exhibition was organised as a vibrant showcase of student creativity and research.

The visual experience of viewing a handwritten Constitution, symbolising the foundation of Indian democracy, deeply resonated with students. CBSE conducted the Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC) 2025 with the objective of motivating students to achieve higher levels of mathematical understanding and proficiency, encouraging them to think critically and push their intellectual boundaries.
As per CBSE guidelines, the challenge was conducted in two levels.
Round I – School Level
A total of 465 students from Classes VIII to X enthusiastically participated in the school-level round. The students attempted a multiple-choice question paper based on various mathematical concepts prescribed by CBSE.

The Inter-Class Innovation Fiesta 2025 was held at Maharaja Agrasen Model School on 29th November 2025 for Class IX students, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and sustainability. Based on the theme “Smart and Sustainable Cities – Our Future, Our Responsibility” and aligned with SDG 11, students explored sub-themes like smart cities, eco-friendly transport, waste management, and plastic-free communities. Activities included eco-friendly rangoli, poster making, nukkad natak, and PowerPoint presentations. Through innovative ideas and impactful performances, students showcased environmental awareness, critical thinking, and responsible citizenship.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School hosted Skill Bazaar 2025 on 28th November 2025, celebrating creativity, innovation, and sustainability. Class X students, divided into teams XIA–XIE, showcased groundbreaking projects addressing real-world challenges. Highlights included solar-powered devices, AI-driven finance tools, eco-friendly packaging, healthcare solutions, and safety innovations. The event emphasized environmental consciousness, social responsibility, and technological ingenuity. Principal Dr. Pratibha Kohli and Vice Principal inspired students to transform ideas into practical solutions. The exhibition reflected MAMS’s commitment to nurturing visionary thinkers capable of driving positive change while promoting sustainable, inclusive, and safe communities.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School successfully conducted Round One of the 4th Vishwaroop Olympiad on 26th November 2025. The competition, aimed at students of Grades VI to XII, focused on the Constitution of India and national symbols, fostering awareness of our democratic values and cultural heritage. Maharaja Agrasen Model School celebrated Constitution Day on 26th November 2025, commemorating the adoption of India’s Constitution. The event highlighted the Constitution’s role in protecting rights, promoting justice, equality, and liberty, and fostering responsible citizenship. Activities included speeches, Preamble reading, poster-making competitions, quizzes, exhibitions, and film screenings. Students actively engaged in discussions, showcased creative projects, and took an oath to uphold constitutional values. A team of 51 students accompanied by two teachers from Maharaja Agrasen Model School participated in the Inter-School Drawing, Painting, and Craft Competition held at MM Public School on 25th November 2025. Students from Classes I to IX enthusiastically showcased their creativity through activities such as poster making, charcoal drawing, mask making, Plastic to Fantastic, and Best Out of Waste. The event provided a vibrant platform for artistic expression, exposure to diverse art forms, and inspired students to further explore and develop their creative potential.
As an initiative by the Delhi Traffic Police, a Defensive Riding Workshop was conducted at Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Pitampura, on 24th November 2025 for 180 students of Class VIII. Led by Mr. Deepanshu Rathore, the session focused on road safety and responsible riding practices. Students were made aware of major causes of two-wheeler accidents, traffic signs, and essential safety measures such as helmet use, vehicle checks, and emergency preparedness. The workshop aimed to instill discipline, awareness, and caution among young learners to promote safer roads.
Students of Classes IX to XII from Maharaja Agrasen Model School enjoyed a fun-filled picnic to Rangmanch Farms on 14th November 2025. A total of 313 students, accompanied by 20 teachers, participated in this exciting outing. Students enthusiastically engaged in activities such as tractor rides, adventure sports, pottery, ziplining, and team games. The lush green surroundings and vibrant rural ambience offered a refreshing break from routine. Delicious meals and warm hospitality added to the joy, making the picnic a memorable experience that strengthened bonds and rejuvenated young minds.
Students of Maharaja Agrasen Model School visited K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, on 7th November 2025 to participate in the Students’ Fest organized in collaboration with URJAA Global Principals Association. Around 150 students of Class XII, accompanied by teachers, enthusiastically took part in quizzes, debates, art and design activities, coding challenges, and cultural performances. The visit offered valuable exposure to university life, modern infrastructure, and higher education opportunities. The enriching experience fostered creativity, confidence, collaboration, and left students inspired and motivated.
Maharaja Agrasen Model School proudly hosted the Prize Distribution Ceremony for the academic session 2024–25 on 1st November 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by captivating cultural performances including Guruvandana, Natkhat Krishna dance, and a melodious presentation by the school band, Octave. Meritorious students of Classes X and XII were honoured for their academic excellence. Principal Dr. Pratibha Kohli and Manager Sh. Ashish Goel inspired students with motivating addresses. Maharaja Agrasen Model School organized a career guidance workshop on Stream Selection and Emerging Careers for Class X students on 30th October 2025, conducted by Pratham Institute. The session guided students on choosing the right stream—Science, Commerce, or Humanities—based on their interests, aptitude, and personality. Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and insights into emerging career trends, students gained clarity about subject combinations and future opportunities. The workshop proved highly beneficial, empowering students to make informed academic decisions with confidence and purpose.
A thought-provoking workshop on “Traditional Educational Practices and the New World of AI and ChatGPT” was conducted on 25th October 2025 by Ms. Seema Prabhakar from Burlington. The session encouraged educators to rethink conventional teaching methods and embrace AI-driven, student-centric learning. Linking Albert Bandura’s stages of learning with modern technology, the resource person introduced innovative AI tools to enhance classroom engagement. Practical strategies like flipped learning and differentiated instruction were discussed, inspiring teachers to integrate AI while preserving the human essence of education.
